Your responsibilities will include: Scheduling and Planning : Managing care schedules efficiently, ensuring clients’ needs are met while supporting the well-being of care professionals. Problem-Solving : Thinking creatively and proactively to resolve day-to-day challenges, including last-minute changes. Communication and Negotiation : Working empathetically with clients and care professionals to build trust and negotiate solutions that benefit everyone.
