Responsibilities
1. Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and sustainability of building projects
2. Conduct site visits and attend meetings with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
3. Prepare project reports, budgets, and schedules, and manage project documentation
4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, building trust and managing expectations
5. Monitor and control project expenses, ensuring delivery within budget constraints
6. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery
7. Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit and ArchiCAD to produce technical drawings and models
8. Coordinate and schedule inspections and tests as required by regulatory and building codes
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
2. Experience in project management in the construction industry
3. Strong knowledge of building design, construction methodologies, and project management principles
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
5. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and blueprints
6. Proficiency in project management software and tools
7. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
8. Flexibility to work on and off-site and occasional travel as required.
