As part of this growth, they're looking for a skilled AI Engineer to take the lead in building secure, compliant, and high-performing AI solutions-particularly around Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), and responsible AI deployment. The Role Design and deploy AI solutions that adhere to strict compliance and governance frameworks. Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for enterprise-scale use. Integrate and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) into Microsoft-based systems. Implement LLM security measures (e.g. prompt injection prevention, data protection). Collaborate with security and compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001). Build APIs and pipelines to support scalable and maintainable AI deployment. Ensure robust integration with .NET applications and cloud infrastructure. Conduct risk assessments and maintain alignment with AI ethical and governance standards. Stay up to date with emerging AI regulations and compliance trends. About You You're a great fit if you have: Proven experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions. Strong knowledge of RAG frameworks and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.). Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic, etc.) including model tuning and security. A solid understanding of AI governance, risk, and regulatory compliance. Familiarity with .NET and Microsoft-based infrastructures. Skills in securing AI pipelines, including data anonymisation, encryption, and access control. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps practices. Proficiency in Python, C#, or similar languages. Background in REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices integration. Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines. Bonus Skills (Desirable, but not essential) AI experience in regulated industries like healthcare, finance, or legal. Familiarity with AI ethics frameworks (e.g. EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Management Framework). Knowledge of MLOps, AIOps, and observability tooling. Experience with knowledge graphs and semantic search.
