Job Title: Sales Executive\n\nLocation: Benton, Newcastle Upon Tyne\n\nSalary: £28,000 - £32,000 DOE plus commission\n\nJob Type: Permanent, Full Time\n\nLamasaTech are looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing team.\n\nAs Sales Executive you will work alongside our Business Development Manager in their efforts and activities to grow our client and partner base and increase sales of our suite of displays and kiosks.\n\nOur newly developed range of cutting-edge displays are unique and innovative - delivering unmatched quality and capabilities in comparison to competitor hardware.\n\nYou will employ a consultative approach to convey the value of our solutions to prospective clients and partners globally, strategizing to identify and secure lucrative business opportunities.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, be highly organised and possess excellent people skills.\n\nLamasaTech is a market-leading specialist in kiosks, digital signage and touch screens. We are featured in TechRadar's top interactive kiosk providers 2023 and were crowned winners of the North East England Chamber of Commerce's Export Business of the Year Award and the Innovation Award at the North Tyneside Business Awards in 2022.\n\nWe serve a range of industries internationally including Retail, Hospitality, Public Sector, Education and distribution.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nReporting to the Business Development Manager, your main responsibilities will include:\nManage a pipeline of leads and deals efficiently\nAccurately report and forecast pipeline.\nAchieve and exceed revenue targets.\nIdentify new business opportunities, including new markets, clients, partners and resellers.\nBuild and maintain profitable relationships with new partners/clients and develop relationships with existing partners/clients.\nCreating new strategies to generate deals and successfully grow revenue.\nWork closely with the BDM and support their sales activities\nCover of BDM activities during absences\nPresent to clients in the UK and internationally\nMaintain a thorough knowledge of the company's hardware and software products\nMaintain competitor knowledge.\nConduct demonstrations/webinars of products with customers, partners and resellers supported by the technical team if required\nWork closely with the Technology Team to fulfil client projects.\nWork with the Marketing team to plan required assets.\nAct as a personal advocate for our brand on social media.Skills and Experience\n\nProven success in a B2B sales role\nExcellent communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English\nStrong negotiating and closing skills\nConfident in speaking to customers and stakeholders at all levels\nConfident with technology\nAbility to travel domestically\nDriving licence and own car (mileage paid for any business travel required)Desirable\n\nExperience of working with AV Hardware or in a kiosk/digital signage environment\nExisting network of executive level contacts in the sectors we operate in\nExperience of dealing with bid and tender opportunities.Benefits:\n\n22 days paid annual leave plus public holidays\nAdditional 'gifted' Christmas shutdown leave (non-contractual)\nPension scheme\nCommission scheme\nEmployee Assistance Programme with Group Life Insurance (death in service), mental health support, 24/7 remote GP access and healthy habits app with rewards.Hours and location:\n\n40 hours per week.\n\nThe role is based at our UK office in Benton, a short distance from the centre of Newcastle Upon Tyne.
