Responsibilities:
* Ensure suppliers are paid on time – you will be the go-to person for making sure everything stays on track
* Process supplier invoices and post them to our accounting system
* Process payments for international vendors
* Prepare weekly BACS payments and handle urgent same-day payments when needed
* Communicate with suppliers and resolve any queries confidently and professionally
* Reconcile supplier statements and keep records up-to-date
* Manage corporate credit card expenditures and employee expenses
Experience:
* Proven Accounts Payable experience and confidence making payments in multiple currencies
* Attention to detail and a knack for keeping everything accurate
* Strong skills with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
* Great communication skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels
* A proactive, organised approach with the ability to prioritise tasks
