If so, we have an exciting opportunity for 2 individuals to join the Social Services and Wellbeing Performance and Information Team as Process and System Alignment Officers.
As a Process and System Alignment Officer you will be responsible for working with colleagues across the directorate to develop the Social Services database ensuring operational processes are reflected to make optimal use of the system. This will include developing business processes, training staff on new processes and working with ICT colleagues to develop data extraction reports and dashboards to inform management information. As a member of the Performance and Information Team, you will also support your Performance colleagues with the collection and analysis of data and information, as and when required.
As the directorate is currently planning for the implementation of a new social care database, the Process and System Alignment Officers will play a key role in supporting this process with tasks ranging from, but not limited to, the mapping of business processes, data validation and aligning operational processes to the new system.
