He loves to go fishing with his Dad and although non-verbal communicates well. Our client has Pierre Robin Syndrome, Stickler Syndrome and Cardiomyopathy with mitral valve insufficiency. Some experience with similar would be a bonus, but training will be given. You will support our client to remain safe and comfortable at home through the night, enabling his family to rest peacefully. You will be required to support with the following.
