An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced secretary to join us within the Gastroenterology Secretarial Team.
This role is permanent, working hours over Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday.
Main Duties of the Job
To provide comprehensive secretarial support with the Gastroenterology Team.
The applicant must be an experienced secretary. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and be flexible and adaptable in your approach to work. You must be able to work on your own initiative, use tact and diplomacy where appropriate, and possess excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of hospital systems would be beneficial.
This post is permanent, 22.5 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* RSA III Typewriting or Word Processing or equivalent
* Medical Secretary qualifications, including terminology
Experience
* Relevant secretarial experience, preferably within an NHS or healthcare environment
* Supervision of administrative staff.
Skills
* Good knowledge of IT & Windows applications
* ePex literate or good understanding of databases

£25,524 to £28,010 per annum pro rata.
