CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT MANAGER!
Location: Field-Based – South Coast!
New Chapter Consulting are currently seeking a Customer Development Manager to join a Global success of a spirits business where you'll oversee a portfolio of on-trade accounts, drive sales growth, and provide exceptional service across the South Coast region.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a prestigious spirits and wine portfolio. You'll focus on increasing distribution, nurturing strong customer relationships, and implementing creative in-bar activations, all while becoming the preferred supplier within your area and identifying fresh growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop a portfolio of accounts across the on-trade market.
* Enhance brand visibility and distribution through creative in-outlet activations.
* Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, positioning yourself as a trusted partner.
* Collaborate with outlet teams to design innovative cocktails and perfect serves.
* Analyse customer data to derive actionable business insights and improve performance.
* Identify new business opportunities to expand your customer base.
* Work alongside internal teams to ensure smooth operational support.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in sales or a similar role within the on-trade sector.
* A passion for spirits, wines, and mixology.
* Strong communication and commercial acumen with the ability to build lasting relationships.
* Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Ability to thrive with minimal supervision and navigate uncertainty.
