Shift Pattern: Days-Based (12 hours, 4 on 4 off)

About the Role
The purpose of this role is to ensure the safe and efficient operation of machinery. You will be responsible for preventing, diagnosing, and resolving electrical issues related to plant machinery, while maintaining a culture of safety in an industrial environment.
Responsibilities
* Perform reactive maintenance to ensure machinery operates at optimal performance levels and ensure the safe, smooth, and proper running of machinery, plant and equipment.
* Conduct electrical biased work with some mechanical involvement, with further training and development of skills.
* Diagnose and repair electrical faults to minimize equipment downtime.
* Conduct safety checks on electrical systems and equipment.
We Are Looking For
* An Electrical Maintenance background, with some mechanical experience if possible.
* Confident electrical experience, preferably in general plant machinery.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
