Job Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Customer Team Leader. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
* Coach and develop your team's capabilities through training and mentoring.
* Ensure the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational at all times.
* Manage stock accuracy and diligence checks to provide a great shopping experience for our customers.
* Support your Store Manager in deputising when they're not working and delivering HR processes.
* Lead the way when introducing new products and services in-store, working closely with your team to implement change and encourage open feedback.
