Your new role This organisation is seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Candidates must be available over the month of December. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and delivery. Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
