Join The Three Peaks Team as a Lunchtime Supervisor and help create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for our pupils. Be the positive influence they look forward to each day and enjoy the rewarding experience of making a difference in their lives.
As a Lunchtime Supervisor you will provide a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment for our pupils during their lunch break. Your responsibilities will include supervising pupils in the dining hall and playground, encouraging positive behaviour, assisting with meal setup and cleanup, and addressing any minor issues that arise. Your presence will help ensure that lunchtime is a positive and enriching part of the school day.

Three Peaks is a Primary Academy serving families from predominately, the Stonydelph and Wilnecote areas of Tamworth. Three Peaks is part of The Creative Education Academies Trust and converted to an academy on December 1st 2014.

Our ideal candidate would:
* can provide supervision to all children on the school premises to ensure that health and safety and school regulations are observed.
* can supervise children in all areas of the school, including dining room, play areas, classroom – as directed by either the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher or the Senior Lunchtime Supervisor-in-charge.
* can maintain good order at all times. Relay relevant information of individual or group behaviour to either the Headteacher or the Behaviour Lead.
* can supervise children during the meal, encouraging good eating habits, assisting younger children where necessary and ensuring that a good atmosphere is maintained.
Requirements:
* Good English and Maths skills.
* First aid training or willingness to complete training.
* Experience of working with children.
