Your role will involve close collaboration with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to support product development post-production, ensuring the durability, reliability, and excellence of our hypercar line.
You will drive regional hub performance reviews, align cross-functional teams to support the after-sales strategy, and oversee the management of budget, forecasting, and spending to meet business objectives.
We are looking for a candidate with a deep understanding of the luxury automotive market, particularly with expertise in hypercar engineering and the ultra-luxury customer journey. You should have proven experience leading high-performing teams across geographies and cultures, with a strategic mindset and a strong track record in successful project delivery. Exceptional commercial acumen, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation are essential for this role, as is the ability to manage complex business relationships. At Aston Martin, you will be part of a heritage brand that is synonymous with luxury, performance, and cutting-edge design. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with the most exclusive vehicles in the world, driving innovation and excellence in the hypercar sector. You will manage your time across our Gaydon HQ, regional hubs, and Parts Distribution Centre, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction and operational success.
