THE OPPORTUNITY As a Guest Service Assistant - Food and Beverage, you'll make the first and last impression for our guests, making it your mission to create unforgettable experiences. YOUR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver exceptional service brand standards to guests at all times—whether you’re at the reception desk or working in the bar/restaurant. Greet guests with warmth and create a welcoming, memorable arrival and departure experience. Recommend top local spots and hidden gems to help our guests experience the best of the community. Handle guest inquiries, payments, feedback, and departures with professionalism. Resolve guest concerns with confidence—empowered to make decisions and take ownership, ensuring every guest leaves happy. Assist guests with luggage and anticipate any special requests they might have. Seize opportunities to promote upgrades and special offers, boosting hotel revenue. Be fully knowledgeable about hotel facilities, events, and emergency procedures. Support your fellow team members across all departments. Record maintenance issues on our Alice App and collaborate with other departments for swift resolutions. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU Passion for customer service – you love meeting new people and making their day special. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills in English—both verbal and written. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a positive, “can-do” attitude. Adaptability to handle various situations with grace. Proficiency in computer systems.
