Office Administration:
Incoming calls, direct visitors, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Sort mail, manage supplies, and maintain office tidiness.
Oversee cleanliness, stock supplies, and ensure everything runs like clockwork.Business Administration:
Assist departments including Operations, Plant Procurement, and Design with a variety of tasks like filing, insurance renewals, and plant passport management.
Handle office equipment, maintain the company's telephone system, and assist with credit card administration.
Maintain libraries of templates, CVs, and key business policies to keep everyone aligned.Staff Administration:
Manage staff uniform and PPE supplies, and assist with training and HR-related matters as neededVan Fleet Administration
