Are you an experienced surveyor with a passion for providing accurate, high-quality assessments of housing stock?
Duties include:
* Conduct Property & Estate Surveys: Carry out internal and external property surveys, ensuring accurate collection of asset data, including stock condition assessments, Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) evaluations, and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).
* Assess Property Elements: Evaluate and document the age and condition of essential property elements such as kitchens, bathrooms, windows, roofs, and doors. Evidence findings with detailed photographic records.
* Expert Guidance & Advice: Provide professional advice to customers on repair issues, offering practical solutions and guiding them through the process of resolving these challenges.
* Audit & Continuous Improvement: Support process auditing activities, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of service delivery.
* Contract Management Support: Support the management and delivery of contracts for works as needed, ensuring high standards and compliance with regulations.
