In this role, you will speak to end users and clients over the phone to help with IT support, escalating when needed and booking in Field IT Engineers for on-site issues. Each day will vary and you will have huge exposure to the IT Support function of a specialist MSP.
The ideal IT Support Engineer will have experience in an IT helpdesk position and be keen to progress within an MSP.
THE ROLE:
1. 1st Line IT Support.
2. Helping book in engineers for appointments with clients.
3. Customer service for a wide range of clients and customers.
THE PERSON:
1. Experience in an IT Helpdesk position.
2. Keen to progress in an MSP for IT.
3. Local to Chesterfield.
