Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Refrigeration Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical or electrical engineering background and experience in maintaining and servicing industrial refrigeration and heating systems.
Key Responsibilities
Perform service, maintenance, and repair tasks on refrigeration equipment and compile detailed reports.
Conduct spare parts installation and service inspections following established procedures.
Travel to client sites as required.
Investigate and troubleshoot issues, providing comprehensive written documentation of findings.
Execute installation tasks, testing, and commissioning of equipment, ensuring all required documentation is completed.
Adhere to Health & Safety policies and maintain safe working practices.
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity while fostering strong customer relationships.
Provide feedback on market conditions to support business growth and identify service sales opportunities.
Contribute to achieving business growth targets and build relationships with prospective customers for new business opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background.
Experience in servicing and maintaining machinery.
Essential: City & Guilds 2079 qualification.
Preferred: City & Guilds 2078 (Ammonia).
Strong technical expertise in industrial and commercial heating & refrigeration.
Knowledge of product systems and industry developments.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a natural ability to provide solutions.
Strong relationship-building skills for both customer and team collaboration.
