Senior Global Brand Manager - Brighton About the role The GelBottle Inc. is on an exciting growth journey, and we're looking for a Senior Global Brand Manager to be part of our vibrant, founder-led company. Working in conjunction with the other Seniors in the Marketing team, you will develop and implement the global brand strategy to drive growth, market share, and brand equity. Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and make strategic recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and marketing materials. Guide the NPD team in developing and launching new products that align with brand vision and consumer needs. Oversee the execution of global marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and markets. Develop market entry strategies, including localisation of messaging and tactics. Monitor brand performance metrics with the e-commerce team, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve brand initiative effectiveness. Manage the global brand budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximise ROI. This is a hybrid role, minimum of 3 days a week onsite at our Brighton HQ. About you: We are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Manager with a proven track record in leading brand strategy for a product brand, ideally in the beauty industry. To succeed, we think you'll also need: Strong business acumen paired with a creative marketing approach. Ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations Proven ability to manage multiple projects, with a keen eye for detail and prioritisation.
