Job Title: Graduate Air Project Manager
Location: Warton/Samlesbury (Lancashire)
Start Date: 7th July 2025
Salary: £34,000 & £2,000 Welcome Bonus

What you will be doing
In this role, you will be gaining experience of working in a project environment. You will be expected to support the application of project management practices and be responsible for your own development. You will be operating one or more of the PM processes on a project, and be responsible for some aspects of processes or supporting more senior staff on a larger project.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Undertaking a full range of activities in support of project management, given responsibility for aspects of a project, and facilitating the effective delivery of projects/programmes.
* Supporting the Project Manager through project reporting, escalating issues, and monitoring performance.
* Working independently on routine aspects of the activity, usually under guidance and supervision in more complex situations.
* Attending internal and external customer meetings as well as ensuring the project runs to time, to cost and schedule, reporting any issues as early as possible.
* Driving plan changes to maintain progress and achieve targets.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM or business/finance/legal/PM related.
