The nurse practitioner will demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnostic skills for end-of-life care patients. They will work collaboratively within the team to meet patient needs, lead and support policy and procedure delivery, and provide nurse leadership as required. Job Structure: Full Time; 37.5 Hours per week; The role covers a 24-hour period.
