Job summary Job Overview The Care Record/ICS Digital Programme Manager will: Lead the LLR Care Record programme which consists of multiple, complex and interconnected projects across ICS organisations. Lead on connected ICS digital projects i.e NHS app integration, Centralised Care planning. Lead role in planning, supporting, facilitating and monitoring the performance and progress of programme/projects. Lead accountable officer for the successful delivery of the programme reporting to the ICS IM&T Delivery Board and ICS strategy board. Manage a wide reaching portfolio including (but not limited to) the LLR Care Record programme, NHS app integration, Centralised care planning and monitoring interdepencies and resources to ensure efficient delivery of projects aimed at key ICS strategic objectives. Articulating to partners and stakeholders the strategy for the LLR Care Record and connected projects across the ICS, supporting the executive director and ICS IM&T senior responsible officer in operationalising the vision for digital enablement. Uphold and encourage collaborative working across the ICS as well as on regional and national initiatives.
