This position involves developing and implementing tracking procedures, managing IT asset inventory, and overseeing processes related to starters, movers, and leavers. Additionally, the role entails managing IT procurement, invoice analysis, license management, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The analyst will act as the primary point of contact in the absence of the ITAM Manager, handling escalations, attending meetings, and leading projects and audits to ensure compliance.
Required profile:
Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in asset management and a keen interest in pursuing a career in this field. The role is based in Leeds, requiring occasional travel to other UK offices. Responsibilities include performing inventories, monitoring IT hardware and software assets, assisting with vendor selection, ensuring accurate and auditable asset data, and managing procurement and delivery of IT equipment. The analyst will also take ownership of incidents and requests, oversee the starters, movers, and leavers process, and be responsible for device disposal and charity requests.
