WAITER/WAITRESS ROLE : Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome, comfortable, and attended to throughout their dining experience. Take precise orders, relay them to the kitchen accurately, and serve dishes promptly, guaranteeing a smooth flow of service. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, set tables impeccably, and handle payments efficiently, enhancing the overall dining atmosphere. Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests courteously, swiftly resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction and return visits.
