Clubhouse Sports Media is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team. You will need to be passionate and ambitious to grow in a thriving sales environment, and work alongside a creative and forward-thinking team. This role is a permanent, office-based role. You will be responsible for delivering an agreed monetary target of New Business Clients each month, this role plays an integral part of the cycle of the business and offers the very real opportunity of progression and excellent commission structure. Main duties to include: Acquisition of New Business Clients Cold Calling Achievement of monthly monetary targets Collate appropriate business data by researching senior decision makers within relevant businesses Contribute ideas and take part in marketing activities to promote and drive inbound leads and sales Forge relationships with the internal BDM’s you are acquiring Update the CRM with detailed sales notes for use of the wider team Consistently seek new business leads by outbound calling and other methods You will need: Previous experience within a sales/telesales environment Understand a sales process from research to obtaining a lead Excellent telephone manner Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Have a can-do attitude The ability to motivate yourself at all times Have a real drive and desire to succeed Benefits - Holidays: 22 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays (30 Days Total) Pension: Contributory pension scheme Culture: Friendly, creative and relaxed working atmosphere, with sensibly managed projects and recognition of the importance of work-life balance Social: Flexible start and finish times and one-hour lunch In summary, this an outstanding opportunity to join a well-established, forward thinking, professional company, with the very real opportunity to make a difference.
