We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Assistant to join our rapidly expanding team. If you are highly organised, work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment and a desire to support the recruitment process, this role is perfect for you.
Recruitment Assistant Responsibilities:
* Assist in posting job adverts on various job boards and platforms.
* Screen CV’s and applications to identify qualified candidates.
* Schedule interviews and co-ordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
* Conduct initial phone or video interviews as required.
* Maintain and update our applicant tracking system with candidate details.
* Assist in creating job descriptions and recruitment material.
* Provide administrative support to the CEO and recruitment team.
* Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience
You MUST Have:
* 1 years recruitment or call centre experience
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
