The principle duties and responsibilities are to: Coordinate and organise the day to day running of the Business Development and Corporate Team in a confidential and efficient manner. You will be the first point of contact for all communications (face-to-face, telephone, outlook email), ensuring enquiries from the Deputy Chief Executive, Directors, Senior Managers and external agencies are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Act as the key point of contact for The Company business development and corporate queries, maintaining confidentiality and communicating sensitive, changing information in a timely response to questions and concerns thereby maintaining satisfaction levels with the Business Development Team and ongoing commitment to the company. Provide administrative support to the Business Development and Corporate Team and action assigned tasks for specific projects in accordance with agreed deadlines and expected outcomes.
