Job summary Our Education, Training and Development Department based in Norwich is looking for a Leadership &Staff Development Co-ordinator to join their growing team We're looking for someone who is motivated, organised and is happy to work collaboratively as part of a team. The Education & Development Department is a key service within the Trust; we support new and existing staff with all of their educational and career needs such as providing training courses and identifying apprenticeship opportunities. If you're looking for a new and interesting opportunity, we would love to hear from you To assist the Education and Development lead(s) with the day-to-day operation of the Trust's training function.To respond to the needs of the Education and Development team to ensure that it meets the requirements of the organisation. Liaise with and provide administrative support to internal and external stakeholders, including subject matter experts to deliver the Mental Health Education programme. Support the Training Business Co-ordinator with the Finance and study leave process and toensure the workload of the team is prioritised. Main duties of the job To provide administrative support for subject matter experts to deliver the Mental Health Education programme To Identify opportunities for training and liaise with budget holders To liaise with external Integrated Care Boards (ICB) and regional NHSE colleagues regarding the Mental Health Education programme To liaise with education providers to book courses, raise purchase orders, pay invoices and maintain records of such Liaising with clinical and operational managers to keep them informed of training opportunities and supporting them to facilitate their teams to access training and supervision Creating and managing intranet pages and online booking systems/forms To support training delegates to keep them informed, and supporting them to access training sessions and materials To maintain an audit trail of training activity including ensuring that attendance at training sessions is recorded in ESR Maintaining records to ensure an accurate audit trail of activities (including course attendance, psychotherapy training experience, number of education hours completed etc) Providing ESR data for stakeholders on training To ensure that training applications are managed in accordance with trust policy To maintain records of the Multi Professional Approved Clinician (MPAC) training programme To provide admin support to the MPAC trainees About us Here at NSFT we pride ourselves on being a welcoming, talented, friendly and supportive team who like nothing better than sharing experiences and learning from each other.
