We are currently seeking a Regional IT Administrator to join a leading organisation based in Chiswick, London. This is a permanent role, offering an exciting opportunity to join their dynamic IT team.
As the Regional IT Administrator, you will be responsible for providing user administration and IT support within the region, managing on- and offboarding processes, and ensuring the availability and security of office IT infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include:
Administering user accounts, profiles, and permissions
Processing incident and service requests from IT users
Training IT users on best practises and security awareness
Providing on-site consultation hours at different office sites within the region
Ensuring new starters receive IT devices and tools
Managing IT device sourcing and deployments
Updating the asset management system
Managing setup of IT equipment and devices for office sites
Ensuring office IT network availability and security
Collaborating with the IT team to improve the regional IT landscapeRequired skills and experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of IT administration experience
Excellent Windows 10, MS Office 365, and Active Directory administration skillset
Ability and willingness to travelDesired skills and attitudes:
Project management skills to track deadlines and priorities
Strong customer service and communication abilities
Organised, methodical, calm, and helpful attitude
Ability to take responsibility and work independently
Team player, willing to support and collaborate with others
