We are looking for a Chef to work within our Head Office Staff Restaurant where you will be working with the best restaurant quality food/ produce under Mike, Our Restaurant Manager. You will be responsible for preparing the kind of food that truly brightens our customers days.
You will have the following attributes:

5. Friendly, down to earth, and positive with a calm and friendly approach
6. Comfortable conversing and cooking in front of our customers
7. Do you enjoy working as part of a team preparing a range of freshly cooked dishes?
8. Collaborating on menus and creative ideas
9. Knowledgeable about food safety standards and food safety systems
10. Supporting with creation of new menus and creative food concepts.
11. Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and safety regulations
Our ideal Chef will :
12. Be passionate about great tasting food and exceptional customer service
13. Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent or similar experience within the industry
Do you want to work the following?
14. Monday to Friday 6.00am -2.00pm
15. No Nights no weekends no split shifts
16. Lunch service only
