Now seeking a Paid Search Specialist to manage UK client expectations and play a key role in the optimisation and performance of paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on Google and Meta. This role is results-driven and critical to campaign success.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Management
* Strategically plan, execute, and continuously optimise Paid Search/Media campaigns across Google Ads and some META platforms, with a strong focus on social media performance in the UK.
* Experience with some Paid Social for LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and X (formerly Twitter) is a strong plus - but not the focus.
Client Management
* Manage a portfolio of 3–5 client accounts on a monthly basis.
* Client Focus in eCommerce - B2C & B2B - Lead Gen
* Oversee and allocate monthly budgets - £10K plus per client.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering clear communication, proactive insights, and outstanding service.
Team Leadership
* Lead and mentor a Paid Media Executive, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for professional development.
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality work aligned with client goals and internal standards.
Hybrid Work Efficiency
* Thrive in a London based hybrid work environment, demonstrating independence, accountability, and strong time management.
* Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members across multiple time zones to ensure seamless collaboration.
Campaign Objectives
* Lead the execution of lead-generation campaigns designed to drive measurable results for clients.
* Deliver campaigns with a high level of technical precision, creativity, and attention to detail.
Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
* Demonstrated expertise in Paid Search in Google - 2 years min with any META experience of benefit
* Previous agency experience (mandatory)
* Some experience with Paid Social channels
* Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* High attention to detail and technical proficiency
* Strong communication and presentation skills (written & spoken)
* Client-facing experience
