Job Title: Marketing Brand Manager My client, a rapidly expanding experiential hospitality business with a focus on delivering unique and immersive experiences to guests around the world. Location: Remote About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Brand Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive the growth of our brand. As the Marketing Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our brand and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with our internal teams and external partners to create compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive brand awareness. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing market trends, tracking the success of our marketing efforts, and making recommendations to improve our overall marketing strategy. Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies that promote our brand and drive revenue growth Build business cases, for new campaigns, projects and investment for new site openings and experiential products. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling marketing campaigns Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on market trends and consumer behavior Track and analyze the success of our marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement Manage the creation of marketing collateral, including print and digital materials, social media content, and email campaigns Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, vendors, and influencers Ensure consistent branding across all channels and touchpoints Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively Stay up-to-date on industry trends and make recommendations for new marketing opportunities Lead a team of marketing professionals and provide guidance and mentorship as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management and experiential marketing Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to think creatively and strategically Experience with digital marketing, social media, and email marketing Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting Familiarity with the hospitality industry a plus If you are a results-driven marketing professional with a passion for creating unique and memorable experiences, we want to hear from you.
