The Role In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of the school's IT systems. You will provide comprehensive technical support to all members of the school community and collaborate with faculty to integrate technology effectively into the curriculum. Responsibilities: Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues faced by faculty, staff, and students. Offer timely and effective technical support through multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person assistance. Maintain detailed records of IT issues and solutions for future reference. System Maintenance: Implement preventative maintenance procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure. Install, configure, and update hardware and software systems in accordance with best practices. Proactively monitor system performance and troubleshoot any network, server, or application issues. User Support: Provide customized training and user support on various software applications and learning platforms. Collaborate with faculty to integrate technology into lesson plans and effectively utilize classroom resources.
