Key Responsibilities:
* Work on large-scale residential projects from concept to completion.
* Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
* Lead and contribute to design workshops and project presentations.
* Develop technical details and ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations.
* Regularly visit project sites to engage with the practical aspects of design and construction.
Required Skills and Experience:
* 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in architecture, preferably within residential projects.
* Proficiency in Revit and a strong grasp of other digital tools (e.g., Enscape, Dynamo, Grasshopper).
* Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and technical design.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for collaborative design.
