Position: Learning and Development Partner (Children’s Residential) Location: To cover delivering training is the Plymouth area, there could be an occasional need to travel elsewhere to meet training requirements. Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (dependant on knowledge, skills and expertise). We are seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Partner with a minimum of 3 years' experience working in residential children's services. Work collaboratively with our L&D team to design, organize, and evaluate training sessions that meet both regulatory standards and the specific needs of our staff. Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to staff across our children's residential services.
