Job Title: Stores Person
Location: George Eliot Hospital, College Street, Nuneaton, CV10 7RU
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 4:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
Pay: Band 2, £12.08 per hour

We are looking for a diligent and organised Stores Person to join our friendly team at George Eliot Hospital on a temporary basis. This role involves managing and organising inventory, distributing supplies across departments, and maintaining stock levels to ensure smooth operations. The Stores Person is essential in ensuring that medical, office, and other supplies are available as needed throughout the facility.
What you’ll be responsible for:
* Delivering cages with stock items to wards and departments across the Trust.
* Collecting cages from around the Trust to bring back to Stores.
* Pick, pack and distribute items ordered via Stores.
* Stock taking for audit purposes.
* Maintain the Stores areas to be kept in a clean and tidy condition.
You’ll have the following skills/experience:
* Experience of working within a stores or warehouse environment.
* Familiar with stock management systems.
* Be physically fit and be able to carry heavy items.
