Salt is partnering with a Global Financial Services client as they seek to hire a Sponsorship Activations Manager to help us maximise the value of their key partnerships, with a particular focus on the Sports Market.
Key Role Responsibilities:
1. Create and execute comprehensive sponsorship activation plans, content, and campaigns for key sports partnerships.
2. Build and maintain effective ongoing relationships with the partnership team to ensure activities align with relevant objectives.
3. Ensure all sponsorship assets are effectively and efficiently delivered, maximising value for the business.
4. Define and establish sponsorship activation processes, including the delivery of hospitality packages to support sales enablement and partnership teams.
5. Leverage consumer insights, business data, and previous activity learnings to inform evidence-based decision-making.
6. Ensure sponsorship assets and propositions are integrated across all potential marketing and internal touchpoints.
7. Assist in research and negotiations for potential new sponsorship agreements.
8. Support post-campaign analysis to demonstrate the value and success of each activation.
9. Serve as a key point of feedback and approval across channel executions that leverage sponsorship assets, ensuring alignment with both brand guidelines and those of their partners.
10. Support the management of relationships with any sponsorship activation agencies, taking responsibility for managing their output, costs, and delivery.
11. Work closely with the relevant internal stakeholders to ensure partnerships are accurately tracked to facilitate post-campaign analysis.
12. Support in executing top and middle of funnel always-on brand activations to increase branded searches and consideration.
