We have an opportunity for a number of out of hours helpdesk operators in the Catterick Garrison area. The role will manage customer services and fault report logging on a database with some interaction with site based clients and building occupants. All training will be provided, no experience necessary.
The call centre will be based within the Garrison area but, it is expected that most operators will be given the opportunity to work from home depending upon their circumstances and online services.
