Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per year (based on experience) £40,000 - £50,000 OTE Uncapped
Hours: 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm
Basis: Full-time, permanent
Location: Canary Wharf, London - WeWork
Reporting to: Sales Team Lead
About this role
We are looking for a confident and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative. Proven experience in B2B sales is essential. In this role, you will be engaging in high-level conversations on a daily basis, conveying the value of our product to prospective clients, with the aim of securing product demonstrations for our Account Executives. You’ll manage your responsibilities and pipeline and have the opportunity to work creatively and collaboratively with various teams across the business to enhance and refine our outreach strategies. You will be an excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships and empowering others, with a passion for pushing boundaries.
What you’ll do
* Drive outbound lead generation through creative outreach via calls, emails, and social strategies.
* Identify new leads and develop innovative approaches for meaningful engagement.
* Craft tailored email scripts and outreach sequences for inbound lead response.
* Strategically target decision-makers for product demonstrations and meetings.
* Engage in high-level conversations with key decision makers, addressing their business needs.
* Effectively communicate Onetrace’s value to diverse audiences.
* Maintain accurate records of your interactions in our CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring effective handover to the Sales team.
* Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine prospecting strategies.
* Stay current on industry trends and competitor insights.
* Foster trust with customers by understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional experiences.
We would love to hear from you if you are someone who:
Essential
* Proven experience in B2B Sales/SDR roles
* Proven experience of meeting & exceeding KPIs and targets
* Experience and understanding of HubSpot (or other CRM system) and how to use this effectively
* Experience qualifying and closing product demonstrations for sales teams
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written)
* Self motivated and able to work both independently and in a team
* Possess a positive mindset with the capability to turn challenges into opportunities for growth
* Has the desire to be involved in an early stage company and can adapt quickly to an expanding start-up environment
* Passionate about growing and improving your SDR skill set
* Tenacity to seek new business and exceed targets
* Attention to detail
* Ability to instantly build rapport and connect with people at all levels
* Innovative with a passion for pushing boundaries
Desirable
* Has worked or has the desire to be involved in an early stage company
* Knowledge of the Construction industry
