Key Responsibilities: Undertake comprehensive mental health assessments, developing person-centred care plans. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, families, and individuals to promote recovery and independence. Provide guidance, advocacy, and referrals to support individuals in accessing essential services. Ensure compliance with statutory duties and organisational policies, including safeguarding. Maintain accurate and timely records of all interventions and decisions. What We’re Looking For: Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration. Proven experience in mental health or related social work settings. In-depth knowledge of mental health legislation, safeguarding, and recovery-focused care. Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage caseloads effectively.
