This is a long-term position with the potential to become permanent, offering a competitive salary of £95-£105 per annum, depending on experience. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support to students, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Your Key Responsibilities

* Support students with complex needs in a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
* Provide emotional support and guidance to students as needed
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A relevant qualification in Education or a related field (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce)
* Experience working with students with complex needs, preferably in an Alternative Provision setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A commitment to providing high-quality support to students and promoting their well-being
