Long-Term Teachers Opportunity
We are working with fantastic mainstream and SEND schools to support pupils, and we are looking for more qualified primary school teachers to join us in this mission.
We seek a caring, dedicated, qualified teacher capable of building trusting relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You should have at least 2 years of UK teaching experience. The role involves planning and delivering sessions for students in Key Stage 2; prior experience teaching this key stage is desirable.
Essential Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching across the primary phase
* Proven classroom teaching experience
* Experience in setting targets, monitoring, assessment, and raising pupil achievement
* Ability to work well within a team
* Understanding of SEND and support strategies
Key Responsibilities:
* Set and evaluate individual termly targets; maintain achievement records for CYP in collaboration with colleagues
* Provide reports and assessments for CYP according to school policy, including detailed reports for annual reviews
* Maintain effective communication with parents/carers regarding their child's welfare, progress, and participation
* Ensure safeguarding of all pupils by adhering to the Education Provisions (EP) safeguarding policies, reporting concerns, and recording information appropriately
