As an advisor, you will be the voice and face of our company to our clients, offering insights and information, and effectively resolving customer queries. You will be working on an exciting project for our client, Honda Europe. We have been working with Honda UK for over 10 years in the corporate sales sector and due to a new requirement, we currently seek a new Multilingual Customer Services Advisor to work from our dedicated business centre in Milton Keynes. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and live chat/Whatsapp, utilising your expertise in German and Polish languages. Handle customer inquiries efficiently and accurately, maintaining customer records and documenting interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and practices. Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer needs. This is an inbound, customer enquiry management role requiring a higher / value-added level of interaction with customers. Skills and Attributes for a Successful Multi-Lingual Advisor We are seeking a motivated individual with exceptional communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Essential Skills: Fluency in English, German and Polish, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus ie, French, Italian or Spanish Proven experience in a customer service or support role. Strong organisational and time management skills. Proficiency with CRM systems and basic IT skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Desirable Attributes: Previous experience in the automotive industry is beneficial but not essential. Proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
