Our client based in Cookstown requires an Administrator/ Receptionist to join their team Hours of work: 9am - 3pm (3 days a week) 16.5 hours weekly, 30min lunch Rate of Pay: £12 - £12.50ph Duties to include: First point of contact for all calls Meeting/greeting customers and directing their enquiries Managing all post : incoming and out-going Processing sales orders using SAGE Reconciling delivery dockets Generating Purchas Orders Ordering / distribution of stationery Filing and Photocopying Client Record Maintenance Candidates should have Minimum of 2 years in a busy office environment in a similar support role Proven track record of working to deadlines Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team Previous accounts/bookkeeping would be an advantage Excellent communication skills Experience managing multiple tasks to contribute positively to team objectives Access to a form of transport essential as no available bus route To apply please send cv to or call (EXT 345) Skills: Receptionist Customer Service Administrator
