Registered Children’s Home Manager – 5-Bed EBD Home
Location: Coventry
Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum (Relocation Package Can Be Considered)

Your Role
As Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and leading the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and operational success. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading the Registration Process – Oversee the Ofsted registration, ensuring full compliance with regulations and quality standards.
* Building & Developing a High-Performing Team – Recruit, train, and inspire a dedicated care team, creating a culture of excellence and support.
* Delivering Therapeutic, Child-Centred Care – Implement and oversee personalised care plans, ensuring young people receive the support they need to grow and succeed.
* Ensuring Compliance & High Standards – Drive the home to achieve and maintain ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted ratings.
* Managing Resources Effectively – Oversee budgets, staffing, and operations, ensuring financial sustainability and outstanding service delivery.
* Collaborating with Key Stakeholders – Build strong partnerships with local authorities, external agencies, and families to achieve the best possible outcomes for young people.
* Creating a Safe, Nurturing Home – Foster an environment where young people feel valued, supported, and empowered.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an exceptional leader who is passionate about improving the lives of vulnerable young people. You will bring:
* Proven Experience – A successful track record as a Registered or Deputy Manager in an EBD or children’s residential care setting.
* Strong Leadership & People Management – The ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a team to deliver exceptional care.
* Ofsted Knowledge & Compliance Expertise – A strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, with experience in achieving positive inspection outcomes.
* Relevant Qualifications – Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or a commitment to completing it.
* Strategic & Operational Acumen – Confidence in managing budgets, staffing, and home development to meet business objectives.
* Passion for High-Quality Care – A commitment to therapeutic, trauma-informed, and child-centred approaches that promote positive outcomes.
