Ideally, you will be based near the Midlands to enable regular access to the office. About the Role The Brand Marketing Manager will act as a key link between the market, customers, and in-house teams across marketing, sales, and NPD teams. You will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic plans that elevate the brand’s position within the industry while ensuring consistency across all platforms and channels. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy and Management: Develop and implement brand marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Shape and communicate a compelling brand vision, mission, and messaging. Identify and recommend strategies to position and elevate the brand among retailer, merchant, consumer and specification audiences Maintain and enhance brand guidelines while building a consistent image across all touch points. Brand Awareness and Campaigns: Oversee PR, advertising, and industry relationships to maximise exposure. Devise creative marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention. Collaborate with external creative partners and produce high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, POS displays, and digital content. Market Insights: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform future strategies. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and customer preferences. Devise and implement creative marketing campaigns to both acquire new customers and support existing customer retention Digital Marketing and NPD: Work with digital marketing resources to create engaging content and campaigns. Play a key role in new product launches and ensure a strong voice-of-customer presence during product development. Events and Budget Management: Plan and manage exhibition stands and trade events. Report on marketing performance and manage the marketing budget effectively. About You 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in brand management. Industry knowledge within the bathroom, kitchen, or interiors market is advantageous. A marketing or business-related degree (CIM qualification preferred). Strong expertise in offline and online marketing strategies. Proven ability to manage external agencies and creative briefs. Exceptional project management, organisational, and communication skills.
