At Fitshop we have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Retail Sales Advisor in our Aberdeen store. You will support the store and manager to achieve targets, deliver great customer service, and support the day-to-day running of the store. You will be an ambassador for Fitshop.
The role:
You will be a key member of the retail sales team and must demonstrate an affinity for exceptional customer service as well as a drive for achieving sales targets. A typical day includes;
1. Processing sales from the initial transaction through to fulfilment and aftercare.
2. Achieving personal and store-wide sales and profit margin targets.
3. Generating local business opportunities via outreach.
4. Maximising store sales through effective merchandising.
5. Managing stock and assisting replenishment.
6. Effective cash handling and adherence to other administrative procedures.
7. Opening and closing the store and other associated key holder duties as and when required.
You will:
1. Be customer-focused with excellent customer-facing experience.
2. Be self-motivated and able to manage your own workload effectively.
3. Enjoy being part of a team.
