Project Engineering Support Required for Pharmaceuticals Site
Job Overview
* Work as part of a project management team to deliver multiple capital projects.
* Develop and document equipment specifications and user requirements.
* Collaborate with the project team to produce project documentation and drawings.
* Evaluate and qualify equipment designs.
* Lead and manage client engineers, working alongside existing staff.
* Guide the project team through design, construction, and handover stages.
* Represent the client in meetings and discussions with third-party vendors.
* Create tender documentation and analyze bid returns from suppliers.
* Manage risk and change, securing additional resources as needed.
* Ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
* Oversee third-party contractors and contribute to process design and installation.
* Collaborate with other departments and provide technical support as required.
* Establish engineering standards to support project success.
Key Responsibilities
* Prior experience as a project engineer on multiple pharmaceutical projects is essential.
* Familiarity with industry standard practices, procedures, and safety protocols is mandatory.
* Excellent communication skills are required to lead and direct a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
* The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication abilities, including conflict resolution and stakeholder engagement.
This role is inside IR35 and based onsite.
