Job description
As an Operational Learning Co-ordinator you will be:
1. Solely responsible for overseeing the organisation of all technical learning programmes.
2. Liaising with internal colleagues and stakeholders, answering queries in a timely way and addressing any issues or complaints.
3. Monitoring attendance levels at learning events, ensuring accurate attendance registers are taken and information shared with other Learning Team colleagues.
4. Compiling learning dashboards with training and evaluation data, suggesting ideas for improvements and monitoring and driving completion of evaluation feedback forms.
5. Our sole administrator for e-learning platform and system updates.
Person specification
We�re looking for an Operational Learning Co-ordinator who:
6. Is a confident, enthusiastic communicator - to build strong and trusted working relationships with others and be comfortable representing the Learning Team to a range of stakeholders and group sizes.
7. Has a good attention to detail � to think through details and impacts with a critical eye to focus on what really matters.
8. Is independent and organised - taking responsibility to meet deadlines and being flexible to respond to emerging issues and changing priorities.
9. Has a passion for and experience of working within learning and development - including enjoying learning new things themselves and being proactive about their own professional development.
10. Displays initiative and enjoys working as part of a team to achieve common goals.
11. Has good IT knowledge � including being able to build and maintain SharePoint sites and to use Office 365 applications especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Where will you be working?�
You will be aligned to our Cardiff Office, where we are currently using a hybrid approach to the way we work. Our approach to hybrid working provides opportunities for you to be adaptable in the way you work so that you can achieve a healthy balance between your work and home life. The degree of choice you have will depend on business need, your role and your day-to-day work activities. For this Operational Learning Co-ordinator role you will typically need to attend the Cardiff office a minimum of 3 days each week, although flexibility around this can be discussed.
